This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds for featured listing subscriptions on CaliforniaDryCleaners.com. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
2. No Refunds for Partial Months
Featured listing subscriptions are non-refundable.
Once you subscribe to a featured listing ($29/month or $290/year), you will not receive a refund for:
- Partial months or unused time
- Cancellations mid-billing cycle
- Changes in business circumstances
- Lack of desired results or customer traffic
3. How Cancellation Works
You may cancel your featured listing subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have featured status until that date
- You will not be charged again after the current period ends
- Your listing will automatically revert to a free listing
- No refund will be issued for the current billing period
4. Exceptions - When Refunds May Be Issued
We may issue refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
4.1 Technical Errors:
If you were charged in error due to a technical malfunction on our part (e.g., double billing, incorrect amount), we will issue a full refund of the erroneous charge.
4.2 Service Unavailability:
If our Service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to our technical issues, we may issue a prorated refund at our discretion.
4.3 Fraudulent Activity:
If your payment information was used without your authorization, we will work with you and our payment processor to resolve the issue and issue a refund if appropriate.
4.4 Breach of Our Obligations:
If we materially breach our Terms of Service (e.g., fail to provide agreed-upon features), we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
5. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 4, please contact us within 30 days of the charge:

6. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to post the credit to your account.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company.
If you dispute a charge through your bank or credit card:
- Your account may be immediately suspended
- You may lose access to your featured listing
- We may pursue collection of unpaid amounts
- Your account may be permanently banned from the Service
We are committed to resolving billing issues directly and fairly. Please give us the opportunity to address your concerns before filing a chargeback.
8. Early Launch Pricing
If you subscribed during our early launch period and locked in special pricing ($29/month instead of a higher future rate), the following applies:
- Your special rate is guaranteed for as long as you maintain an active subscription
- If you cancel and later resubscribe, the current pricing at that time will apply
- No refunds will be issued if you cancel and lose your early launch pricing
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
